I agree, it is a great deal. I would have to change the tire package anyway, I like the big horn tire, it is very durable, but unless they changed there status, there not street legal, I run goodyear MTS so I can drive on the street. That 27 on 12 combination on the X would be great for bolder hopping but, really too much side wall for high speed power slides in the Desert. Unless you upgraded to the 6 ply radials put out by Pit bull. (my next tire). Either way, I would need to change them.

As far as Can-am not promoting the 10 inch travel, I noticed the same thing. I suspect it was a major disappointment to BRP not improve on the RZR S at 12 inches. I never did believe they could and keep it under 60 inches. Down here in Yuma, AZ. width is not as much of a concern, but I ride in Idaho in the summer up at Bear Lake in the Cache Range. My rhino is 59.5 inches and I am very challenged to keep up with quads. I recall reading one these entries about width that stated " if it is wider the 50 inches, it better come with a chain saw". I am here to tell you, I have laughed at that statement many times, because it is so true. Up there, the trails are narrow. A RZR S at (I believe) 62 inches is too wide and could not function well at all in that environment. Although I am sure they are present, I have never seen one of them there, least wise, too far off the fire roads. Stock RZRs only and they do very well. Better than the Rhino, except that you cannot carry much gear in them. 10 inches may not sound like much to brag about but keep in mind, Rear trailing arms will improve the feel of 10 inches up into the 12 inch category and at 58.5 inches wide, keep your machine ATV trailable. Good compromise.
